Our 7 point Mold Remediation plan involves the following:

1.Proper identification and then correction of the moisture problem

2.Isolation of the affected area including the HVAC

3.Air flow management (negative air) to prevent the spread of mold spores

4.Demolition and removal of damaged, porous, moisture and mold containing materials

5.Cleaning and disinfecting of remaining materials

6.Deep cleaning of the surrounding surfaces

7.Monitoring and testing

-Scrub, Disinfect and clean any remaining structural and semi-porous materials

-Provide dehumidifier to remove moisture and facilitate drying

-Provide HEPA filtration to remove airborne spores
